Please read this policy before you buy a website. By placing the order you confirm you have read and accept it.
What you are buying
CloudSms sells ready-made websites built on WordPress. A website is either unique (sold to one customer only, then removed from sale) or a reusable design (a separate copy is set up for each customer). The product page states which one applies, what is included, and the price. Source files are not included unless the product page says so.
Payment and delivery
You pay from your wallet balance at checkout. A website is reserved for you only when payment succeeds. After payment we prepare your website details by hand. Please allow up to 24 hours. When your details are ready you receive an email and a notification in your dashboard, and you can open them under My Websites. Your website login details are shown only inside your signed-in account and are never sent by email.
Included free service period
Each website includes a free service period, shown on the product page and at checkout. The free period starts on the day your website details are delivered to you, not on the day you pay. Only the services listed on the product page are included. Extra integrations, redesigns and new features are not included unless stated.
Optional plans and billing
After the free period you choose which services to continue. Hosting, maintenance, SEO and the managed package are all optional. You decide whether to renew each one, monthly or yearly where offered, and the price and period are shown before you pay. You can turn off reminders for any optional plan from the website page. Paying for a managed package covers hosting and maintenance, so you are not charged twice for what it includes.
If you do not renew hosting, your website may go offline when the paid period and any grace period end. Files and databases are not deleted automatically, and the service can be restored after payment.
Domain renewal is required
If your website includes a domain, domain renewal is not optional. A domain is renewed once a year, on its own expiry date, and it is separate from hosting. Renewing hosting does not renew the domain. The domain renewal price is the registrar's cost plus any service fee that we show you before you pay. When you pay, we renew the domain for you and update your expiry date. If a domain is not renewed before it expires, the registrar may release it and the website address can be lost. We send reminders before the expiry date.
Late payment and grace period
When a service you are paying for reaches its end date, there is a grace period of 7 days before any suspension. We notify you before and after the end date. After the grace period the website may be suspended. A suspended website can be restored after payment. If hosting is not renewed within the grace period the website may be suspended. Files and databases are kept and are never deleted automatically. The service is restored after payment. The domain registration is a separate service with its own expiry date.
Updates, integrations and extra work
You can request updates or integrations from your website page. Work that is not covered by your plan allowance is quoted first, and starts after you accept and pay the quote.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details private and change your password after your first sign-in.
- Do not use the website for illegal content, fraud, spam or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Do not share access in a way that lets another person resell the website.
- You are responsible for the content you add to your website.
Refunds
Websites are digital goods. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. If you are unsure about a website, ask us before you buy.
